Terms of service
This is a draft pending legal review. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and it will change before launch.
These terms cover the use of Grinance. Grinance is a spending planner: it projects the money movements you enter onto a calendar.
What Grinance is
Grinance is a planning tool. It does not move money, does not connect to a bank and gives no financial advice. The figures it shows come from what you enter and from exchange rates that can lag the market.
Your account
You need an account to use Grinance, and one person uses one account. Keep access to the email address you signed up with: it is the recovery path when you lose your passkey or password. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
Using the service
Do not try to reach another account's data, do not overload or probe the service, and do not use it for anything illegal. An account that does can be suspended.
Your data
The plan items you enter belong to you. The privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long, and settings holds the export and the permanent deletion.
Availability and changes
Grinance is offered as it is, with no uptime promise. Features can change or be removed, and these terms can change; the current version stays on this page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Grinance is not liable for decisions you make from the figures it projects. Check anything that matters against your own records.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time in settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
